Income Tax Preparation

No return is too complicated; it's just a little more interesting! We provide full services for individuals, businesses, and partnerships. We can prepare taxes for any state in the union, and can help you get caught up on back taxes for past years. We work hard to ensure our clients receive the refund they're entitled to.

Whether we like it or not today's tax laws are so complicated that filing a relatively simple return can be confusing. It is just too easy to overlook deductions and credits to which you are entitled. Even if you use a computer software program, there's no substitute for the assistance of an experienced tax professional.

Your tax return will be checked and rechecked by our computer software identifying potential problems the IRS may look at more closely and reviewing the math to limit IRS contacts.
Your tax return can be filed electronically so you will get a refund back quicker.
Our staff will show you how to adjust your payroll withholding to get more money back each week. Why give the IRS an interest free loan up to 16 months.

We offer 3 convenient options to have your return prepared.

Appointment Service
You can call our office to schedule appointments. Scheduled appointments always take priority over walk-in clients. Once the return is completed, it must be checked for accuracy before the process is complete so you will have three options:

Come back to pick it up at a later time
Wait while it is checked and take the paperwork with you. (Usually takes approximately 15 minutes longer.)
Have us mail the paperwork to your house.

The paperwork that you take with you will include your copy of the prepared return, any payment vouchers, and/or any tax returns that need to be mailed.

Walk-In Service
If you do not have an appointment you can still walk in at any time during business hours and wait to see a preparer. Our walk-in service is first come, first serve, and our appointments take priority over walk-ins.

In a hurry? Use our Drop-off Service
The easiest way to have your taxes prepared is our Drop-off Service. You can come in at any time (no appointment necessary) and drop off your income tax paperwork, have us prepare it, then you come back one more time to pick up the completed return. Here's how the process works:

You fill out our Client Information form and drop off your tax forms at our office
A preparer will prepare your return using the information provided by the tax forms and the client information sheet.
If any additional information is required, the preparer will contact you in order to complete the return.
Once the return is completed, the preparer will call you to discuss how to file, pricing, and when you can come back to pick up everything.

Compliance Services
We are here to assist you year around in any compliance issues you may have. Whether it is un-filed returns for past years (federal, state, or local), variance letters received regarding discrepancies, or amended returns to report corrections, we can do what it takes to clear everything up. Our fees for these services are on a case-by-case basis, reasonably priced. Our goal is to give you "Peace of Mind" with settling these issues.
